One of our readers suggested that we make you aware of some potential aircraft leaseback issues.
Aircraft Leasebacks are a staple of the flight training industry and offer tax advantages for those that are set up properly.
As with any financial or tax transaction, you should always seek advice from a CPA or Tax Attorney BEFORE you enter into an Aircraft Leaseback program.
