Just when you think you have seen it all.  Just when you think Heath Cohen has pretty much made every knucklehead move that can ever be made.......

He comes up with a whopper this time.

HEATH BRANDON COHEN (owner of the now defunct Jet University, Inc.)  and JARROD P SAULIER (Owner of the newly established World Aviation, Inc) are the proud new owners of The Fantasy Lounge in Dania, Florida.  The Fantasy Lounge is an all nude strip club that offers "TOTALLY NUDE -FULL FRICTION DANCE"according to the 18+ website advertisement for the club:

The legal registered owner of the Fantasy Lounge is MICHRON, INCORPORATED. 

Sometime in early June, Heath and Jarrod executed a purchase offer for MICHRON INCORPORATED. 

The offer was accepted by Al Deluca, the President of Michron, Inc.  However the paperwork has not been transferred with the State of Florida.

Heath and Jarrod spent a reported $150,000 remodeling the Fantasy Lounge. 

At the time the business was purchased, Heath and Jarrod did not have the proper liquor licenses in place. 

This "minor detail" would not stop Heath and Jarrod from selling liquor illegally that Heath purchased from consumer sources like Publix and BJ's warehouse.

The City of Dania ordered them to stop operating and stop selling liquor without a license on more than one occasion.  These orders were ignored by Heath and Jarrod.

On July 17, 2009, the City of Dania seized the property of The Fantasy Lounge and shut the business down. 

It seems the strip clubs laws are a whole lot more stringent than the flight school laws.
