FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL REACHES SETTLEMENT WITH FLIGHT SCHOOL STUDENT LOAN PROVIDER

On October 27, 2009, Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum announced that he has reached an agreement with Student Loan Xpress, a subsidiary of CIT Group regarding the student loans provided to those students that attended Silver State Helicopters, LLC.
